The Brief: R & F Property Australia, one of the largest property companies in Australasia engaged Phoenix to execute the launch of LIVE CITY Apartments with an official ground breaking ceremony.

Honouring its industrial past, Live City will set the tone for Footscray’s newest precinct. Laneways, cafes, shops, public spaces and heritage buildings will bring this new community to life.

Phoenix sourced local suppliers to assist with the event and was a great success. In turn R & F Property will be a long standing client with Phoenix.
