Objective
Phoenix is responsible for delivering the program end to end, overseeing every aspect of the guest journey. This includes accommodation, guest management, transfers, venue sourcing, the drive team and route, as well as photography, videography, and all gifting. Our role ensures a seamless, premium experience from arrival to departure.
