Background

The ASUS APAC Partner Summit in Sydney brought together key channel partners, distributors and strategic stakeholders from across the Asia-Pacific region to align on vision, growth priorities and innovation pipelines for the year ahead.

As one of ASUS's most important regional forums, the Summit served as a platform to strengthen partnerships, share market insights and showcase upcoming product roadmaps across commercial, consumer, gaming and enterprise segments.

A three-day summit in Sydney gathering 300 channel partners and distributors from 15 APAC countries, showcasing a distinctive event identity, immersive Demo Zone, C-suite meetings, a Welcome Party on The Jackson, and an Awards Gala featuring William Barton.

Objective

To create a cohesive, high-impact experience that enhanced partner relationships and connectivity, and strengthened ASUS's position in the APAC market.

The Summit also aimed to support the Taiwan HQ team in delivering a seamless rollout of the program — marking the first time the event was hosted in Australia, and ensuring it reflected ASUS's global standards while leveraging the local market opportunity.

Result

The Summit was successfully delivered end-to-end for delegates from 15 APAC countries, including flight and transfer management and seamless on-ground logistics.

We developed and implemented the 'EVOLVE' event identity, including a bespoke app, designed and produced the Demo Zone, and managed C-suite meeting schedules. The program featured a Welcome Party aboard The Jackson on Australia Day, and an Awards Gala Dinner with a special performance by William Barton — immersing guests in Australian culture throughout.

Concept Design

A modular immersive Demo Zone experience designed as a branded journey through ASUS innovation, where guests move through dedicated PC and Gaming worlds.

  • Industrial steel framing and digital entry portals welcome guests into each zone, layered with lighting, materials, LED screens and projection elements to create distinct atmospheres per product category.
  • Interactive hero moments include suspended product displays, feature wall storytelling and a premium ASUS Photo Booth experience with dual hinge-style screens generating stylised multi-angle imagery.
  • A bespoke event identity supported the experience with custom signage, soundscapes and lighting transitions, while live ROG card printing delivered a personalised takeaway activation for guests.
