The Client:  Adopt Change

The Brief: With Debra Lee Furness as the founder of Adopt change and Renee Crater the CEO. Phoenix was engaged again to execute a fundraising Gala on this occasion to raise awareness that each and every child deserves a loving, nurturing and safe home. With all money raised going towards the fantastic programs and government initiatives Adopt Change are dedicated to driving each year, providing more knowledge and changing the face of adoption here in Australia. Phoenix was responsible for pre-registration, EDM campaign management, floor plan and venue management, auction item management, MC & auctioneer management, staff, AV & technical run order on the night, styling concept design, styling and execution including activations, sub-contractor documentation, food & beverage, entertainment, on-site signage, VIP management pre-event and on event day, bump in and bump out.

The Result: Guest attendance was fantastic, the client was extremely happy with the generosity of the guests on the night. A great brand awareness event with extensive high profile exposure with an abundance of VIP influences in the room. Phoenix again, was very honoured to be a part of such a special evening and we look forward to working with Adopt Change on many more future events bringing awareness to #ahomeforeverychild
