The Brief: R & F Property Australia, one of the largest property companies in Australasia engaged Phoenix to execute the grand opening launch of LIVE CITY Apartments with an official ground breaking ceremony.

Honouring its industrial past, Live City will set the tone for Footscray’s newest precinct. Laneways, cafes, shops, public spaces and heritage buildings will bring this new community to life.

With a focus on community and family Phoenix sourced local suppliers to create fun activations for the kids, a gourmet bbq, free local coffee, interactive live music, a huge 3 metre grazing table, and celebrity guest speaker Marianne van dorslar.
