The Client:  AMA (Australian Medical Association)

The Brief:  Each year the AMA runs a Medical Careers Expo for medical students. The expo is designed to provide students with information about public hospitals in NSW and Victoria and help them identify hospitals where they would like to complete their Doctors In Training (DIT).

Phoenix was hired to event manage all aspects of the Expo and to secure 30 booths for the event. Part of the brief was also to increase attendance from the previous year’s 600 people.

The Result:  Phoenix successfully exceeded the brief, by securing 60 booths for the event and getting over 1000 people through the door.

The event was a great success for both hospitals and students and Phoenix have been asked to event manage the event in 2017. Plans are already underway, with a bigger and more attractive venue being secured.
