The Client: Adopt Change
The Brief: As Adopt Change is an on going client for Phoenix we were also engaged to manage and deliver the launch of the 10th National Adoption Awareness Week held at Parliament House in Canberra, November 2017. The guest list consisted of many members of Parliament including, The Hon Pru Goward and Senator Sezelja. It was also hosted by CEO Renee Carter, with special guests including Adopt Change Ambassador and Adoptee Joel De Carteret with his adoption mother and birth mother both there at the Launch to share their emotional stories. It was the job of the Phoenix team to deliver this launch seamlessly with an exclusive invite only guest list, morning tea, a small pop up shop at the launch so guests could purchase the campaign t-shirt #ahomeforeverychild, AV requirements to run perfectly and media wall photographs for all guests, ministers, board members and adoptees.
The Result: Phoenix in conjunction with Sam Dybac and her team at The PR Hub – The event received an abundance of news and media coverage throughout the week and was a fantastic was to kick off an important week of events for Adopt Change.
