The Client: Adopt Change
The Brief: Connections for Life’ National Permanency Conference November 2017 held in Sydney. Funded by NSW Government. The Conference consisted of a 2-day program with 2 concurrent sessions running simultaneously. The Conference also included a cocktail evening, with a food & beverage package, entertainment, cocktail station and extra marketing collateral. On arrival, delegates were greeted with a branded registration desk where they registered online with our Phoenix Staff, they also received a branded lanyard with their name, a conference calico satchel which included a conference handbook, branded water bottle, pen, notepad and a donation card. Following the registration process delegates were directed to an area where they could enjoy a coffee and fruit, purchase a conference t-shirt at the Adopt Change pop-up shop and have a professional photo taken in front of the branded media wall. The Result: Phoenix is the primary event organiser for this ongoing Conference until 2019 with multiple events running concurrently over the next 12 months. Amber and the team managed all elements of the Conference from website/ticket sale management, speaker management (40 speakers) and event logistics. The Conference received an overwhelming response of support and positive feedback from Adopt Change Founder Debra-lee Furness, board members, the NSW Government and the widespread community tackling this important issue.
