The Client: Adopt Change

The Brief:  The National Permanency Conference 2018, Supporting Stronger Futures’ was held in the sunshine state of Queensland. The 2-day event which included a cocktail evening, addressed the importance of permanency for children and to support better outcomes during their childhood and into their adulthood. The Phoenix Team have been working closely with Adopt Change for the last couple of years and we were very happy and humbled to be engaged again to execute NPC18. Phoenix was responsible for front of house and registration, speaker management once engaged, staff, stage managers, volunteers, run sheets, delegate RSVP and pre-ticket allocation management, styling and execution, sub-contractor documentation, all exhibitors and activations, food & beverage, on-site delegate packs, 2 day AV & technical run sheet management, bump in and bump out.

The Result: Delivering NPC18 to the new location of Brisbane Australia, with important speakers from relevant industry sectors including government. The 2-day event was executed seamlessly, both days were filled with energy, great delegate attendance, interactive panels and audience participation through the live application SLIDO. With the main focus of the 2-day event to bring awareness that each and every child deserves a safe, nurturing and loving home. Phoenix was again very proud to be a part of these special 2 days.
