Phoenix Creative Management
The Brief:
In 2020 we celebrated 5 amazing years of Phoenix! During a difficult time for our industry, we were forced to ‘Turn the tables’ on how we navigate our own business. While this challenge has been overwhelmingly intense, it created an opportunity – that we are now grateful for – to explore and expand the boundaries of what we do.
To mark this special occasion, we wanted to take the opportunity to show our gratitude, loyalty, and support to our network of clients, suppliers, artists, colleagues and friends. In Phoenix form, we wanted to create an online experience that was different, authentic and ‘not another webinar’.
Phoenix undertook an extensive partner acquisition campaign, to involve some of our favourite suppliers in the event, to support local business and promote their products to our audience. We developed a detailed strategy for the event, mapping out our objectives and creative concepts and working through the program to determine suitable timings and entertainment options.
The Result:
The Phoenix team rounded up a remarkable bunch of suppliers and artists to bring our audience an experience like no other. We combined a physical experience with our online event, providing our audience with food and beverage delights from some of our favourite suppliers dropped to their doors!
The online event was hosted by a professional MC, Luke Huysman and included live entertainment from musicians Keeks and Daws and magician Nick Kay. We had Megan Flamer, CEO of Mindful Under Fire as our keynote speaker, bringing an interactive meditation to the virtual event. Turning the Tables had two amazing local artists, Ellen Porteus and Eliza Svikulis, who were in the studio creating a piece of art LIVE throughout the event. We gave each of our guests a paddle which they held up to their camera when prompted with questions from our MC. These answers fed straight into the artwork, it was a truly inclusive, immersive, and engaging experience!
The Phoenix team managed and executed the logistics and delivery food and beverage gift boxes, supplier management, speaker and entertainment management, technical rehearsals and full onsite AV management for our online event! This included management of a professional production crew, with the event being streamed through HD cameras, giving the event an expert feel and flow.
We were overwhelmed by the love and support we received from our network of clients, suppliers, artists, colleagues and friends who joined us to celebrate 5 years of Phoenix.
