The Brief:

WP Elevation’s Mavericks Club is the ultimate mastermind course for agencies to scale and find freedom. Phoenix were engaged to deliver the Mavcon digital 4-day workshop followed by the Agency Accelerator Conference. The event brings together digital community master minds from all over the globe.

The Phoenix team were responsible for venue sourcing, food and beverage management, photography, styling and concept-design, sub-contractor documentation, managing exhibitors, and onsite logistical requirements including AV, run sheet management, front of house and registration, speaker management and bump in and bump out.

The Result:

Hosted at the beautiful Canvas House in South Melbourne, the conference and workshop were executed seamlessly, with energy, great delegate attendance, interactive panels, and audience participation. The Phoenix team used stylish, minimalist theming that complimented the space at Canvas House, we engaged Atlantic Group who provided interactive catering stations such as make your own hotdogs and managed the briefing and shot list for the event photographer. We loved being part of this community event, bringing together digital experts to feel inspired and motivated and to learn best practice to take back to their own agencies.
