How I got here - Jess Noble

Introducing Jessica Noble, our newly appointed Head of Client Delivery & Operations. Jess has been a key member of our team since 2021. At We Are Phoenix, we are committed to fostering the careers of our people. We asked Jess to share her story so far.

"I’ve been a part of the Phoenix family for almost two years and have seen the exciting evolution of this award-winning agency and have had the opportunity to work across some of our key accounts that continue to flourish. It’s such an exciting time for our brand!  

 This new role combines my passion for exceeding client expectation through delivery, building trusted relationships, and a love for operations; enabling the engine room where the magic happens.  

 Upon completing my studies, I knew this fast-paced industry was for me and I moved to London where I secured an internship at a renowned global agency. Despite there being no positions in the events team at the end of the internship, I remained positive and took a role as a Personal Assistant to get my foot in the door. 

 My Directors knew me and knew my capabilities, so I went straight from P.A too soon being an Event Manager, and then was promoted to a senior role. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity they gave me, which I accepted with both hands open and for their belief in me to fulfil the role.

 Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with some incredible brands all over the world which included several ‘pinch yourself moments’. This has continued since my return to Australia and joining the We Are Phoenix team which is a wonderful ride.

 This industry carries great responsibility and at times stress…both good and challenging, but for me, there’s comfort in knowing that there’s always a solution and no greater achievement than seeing the teams hard work become a success. It’s about doing what you love and loving what you do."
